HOW TO REGISTER.
STEP 1. VISIT OUR REGISTRATION PORTAL TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM AND ARRANGE PAYMENT.
STEP 2. VISIT OUR PRE-TOURNAMENT DOCUMENT UPLOAD CENTER FOR TOURNAMENT DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE DO THIS IMMEDIATELY AFTER REGISTERING.
STEP 3. GATHER ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND CONVERT TO PDF FORMAT FOR UPLOADING.
STEP 4. UPLOAD DOCUMENTS (PDF ONLY) THROUGH YOUR TEAMS GOTSPORT ACCOUNT WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER REGISTERING, BUT NO DOCUMENTS ACCEPTED AFTER MAY 31.

We are looking forward to seeing many familiar clubs from Wisconsin and our neighboring states as well as welcoming clubs seeking to add an additional tournament with diversified competition to their fall schedule!
Competitive play and an overall enjoyable soccer experience is what we strive to achieve at the Rick Kilps Classic.
We encourage all of our tournament volunteers, referees, players, coaches and spectators at every level to keep this attitude in mind throughout the tournament as we hope that every team in Rick Kilps Classic has this same experience!
TOURNAMENT PARKING

$11 PER VEHICLE ONLINE PRE-PURCHASE

$15 PER VEHICLE DAY OF EVENT/AT GATE PURCHASE
$11 Per Vehicle if pre-purchased online by Friday June 9, 2023 11:59PM
- Once you have pre-purchased your event parking pass, you will be issued a QR Code.
- Upon entering the Event, you will show your QR Code to the parking attendant.
- They will scan your QR Code - QR Codes can only be scanned 1x and cannot be shared
- They will issue you a paper parking pass to be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard for the remainder of the weekend
- If you lose the paper parking pass issued to you for your dashboard you will be required to purchase a new pass.
$15 Per Vehicle if you do not pre-purchase an online parking pass and enter the event and pay parking day of event / in-person with cash.
- Upon entering the event you will be charged $15 Cash per vehicle by a parking attendant.
- Cash Only will be accepted
- They will issue you a paper parking pass to be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard for the remainder of the weekend
- If you lose the paper parking pass issued to you for your dashboard you will be required to purchase a new pass.

TEAM DOCUMENTS
TEAM DOCUMENT UPLOAD (THROUGH GOTSPORT)
This event is all digital and will require no physical check in on event day. No paper forms will be accepted. All teams will be required to upload document items 1 through 3, while teams out-of-state or club/guest passing may need to upload document items 4-7, depending on your situation. We are only accepting PDF’s uploaded through GotSport, via your team GotSport account.
In GotSport you are required to submit:
- 1. Tournament Roster-all teams must complete the "Tournament Roster PDF Form".
- 2. State Roster (all teams)
- 3. WYSA Event Release Docs (all teams, including out of state)
- 4. Player Passes, if your State Roster lacks player pictures
- 5. Travel Permit (out-of-state teams only)
- 6. Club Pass Docs (only required if club passing kids)
- 7. Guest Pass Docs (only required if guest passing kids)
Once you register for the tournament and your documents are received and approved, your team will be flagged as accepted in your team's GotSport account.

CLUB PASS PLAYER VS GUEST PLAYER
CLUB PASS PLAYER (NO LIMIT)
A Club Pass Player is a player from the SAME soccer club/organization but is rostered to another team within the soccer club. Teams may have unlimited Club Pass Players on their Tournament Roster.
GUEST PLAYER (NO LIMIT)
A Guest Player is a player from a DIFFERENT soccer club/organization that is guesting with the team for the tournament. Teams may have unlimited Guest Pass Players on their Tournament Roster.
