Each team must check-in the day of the tournament at Team Registration prior to competition.  Only the team's coach or manager needs to be present.

Teams need to check in at least 1 hour prior to their first scheduled game. 

All teams must provide the following completed documents:

• Completed Tournament Roster

*only the players listed on the tournament roster will be allowed to participate in the tournament

• Completed and signed Tournament Medical Waiver for each player participating in the tournament

*only players who have a completed and signed medical waiver will be allowed to participate in the tournament

• Check Payment for Team Tournament Fees if team has not paid

*Age divisions follow US Soccer Birthyear age divisions
